Face is the index of a personality. Everyone wants to look their best. Naturally this is the most important thing in adolescence. We tend to lose interest or get careless as and when we reach later stages of adulthood. It is good to know the different types of skin people have. We first need to categorize what is the type of our skin. There is dry skin, oily skin, mixed type of skin and sensitive skin. Managing and maintaining each type of skin requires a little knowledge, patience, perseverance and effort.
First identify the type of skin, then choose the right kind of treatment.
Dry skin: there are 2 types of dry skins. One is the temporary dry skin, the other is natural dry skin. Temporary dry skin is caused due to extreme exposure to varying temperature, excessive exposure to cosmetics, irregular blood circulation and bad food habits etc.
Oily skin: excessive sweating, ingesting oily fatty foods, spicy foods, using oily cosmetics etc. causes oily skin.
Mixed skin: it is a delicate type of skin as partially the skin is dry and partially it is oily. This kind of skin needs to be treated with great care and patience.
To maintain glowing and naturally flawless skin, two things have to be kept in mind. One is the internal care and external care. Internal care involves keeping the body hydrated, eating plenty of fruits, green vegetables and protein rich foods. External care involves protecting the skin from harsh weather and pollution.
